2. Ticket Purchase and Delivery

  • All ticket sales are subject to availability.

  • Prices listed include VAT where applicable.

  • Tickets will be delivered electronically via email or SMS to the contact details provided during checkout. Please ensure your information is accurate.

  • You are responsible for downloading, saving, or printing your ticket(s) for access to the festival.

  • Each ticket is valid for one individual unless otherwise stated.

3. Order Confirmation

Once your payment has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation via email and/or SMS. This confirmation serves as your receipt and proof of purchase. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us at  events@muzixkesho.com within 24 hours.

4. Payment Terms

We accept payment through secure third-party payment gateways. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable ticket price and any service fees.

We reserve the right to change ticket prices at any time, but this will not affect any confirmed orders.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

  • All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.

  • In the event of cancellation, we will offer a full or partial refund, or an alternative ticket for a rescheduled date.

  • No refunds will be given for missed events, failure to attend, or denial of entry due to failure to present valid ID or ticket.

6. Event Entry and Conduct

  • Entry may be subject to security checks.

  • The event organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or unsafe.

  • You must follow all event guidelines, safety protocols, and instructions from staff at all times.

  • Tickets may not be resold or transferred unless explicitly allowed.
